Nashyt Yoga — Private Sessions, Upper East Side
Private yoga · Upper East Side, NYC

Your practice, built around you.

One-on-one yoga sessions for people who want real attention, not a crowded studio floor. Trained in Thailand, taught with the precision of someone who doesn't do anything halfway.

Siena Lyonne

Discipline first. Everything else follows.

Siena trained in Thailand, where her practice shifted from a personal habit into something she teaches with real rigor — breath, alignment, and pace, taught one body at a time instead of a room full of strangers.

Before yoga, she served in the Israeli Defense Forces — which is where the discipline comes from. It shows up in how she runs a session: no wasted time, no generic sequences, just a practice built around what your body actually needs that day.

Built around your body, not a class plan.

BEFORE

A real check-in

Every session opens with a few minutes on how you're moving that day — injuries, energy, what you want out of the hour — before a single pose happens.

DURING

Hands-on correction

Alignment cues, adjustments, and pacing tuned in real time. This is the difference between a private session and a class you happen to be alone in.

AFTER

Something to take with you

You leave with two or three things to work on — not a vague "great practice today," but specific, useful notes.

In-home sessions, across the Upper East Side.

Bring a mat if you have one — otherwise Siena brings everything needed. Sessions run 60 minutes. Pick a time that works and it's confirmed instantly.
